My Lords, On behalf of my noble friend Lord Jellicoe, I beg to move the Motion standing in his name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That on Thursday the 3rd of May Standing Order No. 44 (No two stages of a Bill to be taken on one day) be dispensed with Ifor the purpose of enabling the Northern Ireland Assembly Bill to be taken through its remaining stages on that day.—(Earl St. Aldwyn.)
