THE EARL OF LISTOWEL moved as an Amendment:

Page 22, line 35, at end insert— (" Provided that 'stall' does not include a movable vehicle.")

The noble Earl said: The purpose of this Amendment is to honour an undertaking given by the Promoters to the Ice Cream Federation. This point was inadvertently overlooked in Committee. I beg to move.
