My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 44 (No two stages of a Bill to be taken on one day) be suspended until the House rises for the Recess in August, and that, during the same period, Standing Order No. 38 (Arrangement of the Order Paper) be suspended so far as is necessary to allow Government business to have, except with the consent of the Government, precedence over other business.—(Earl Jellicoe.)
