§ THE LORD CHANCELLOR
My Lords, I again rise to propose that, pur- 14 suant to Standing Order No. 43(2), the House do discharge the Order of Recommitment. This, too, is a pure Consolidation Bill. Again the Joint Committee say that there is no point to which the attention of Parliament should be drawn, and the other conditions which I stated apply to the previous Bill apply also to this Bill. Therefore, unless any noble Lord objects, I beg to move that the Order of Recommitment be discharged.
§ Moved, That the Order of Recommitment be discharged.—(The Lord Chancellor.)
§ On Question, Motion agreed to.
