§ LORD DENHAMMy Lords, with the leave of the House I should like to make 152 a short Statement about Business next week. It has been agreed, through the usual channels, that it would be for the convenience of the House if the debate on the Defence White Paper were to be held on Tuesday, February 22, and a Motion will be tabled to-night. This has necessitated certain changes in Business as follows: the Committee stages of the National Health Service (Scotland) Bill and the Transport Holding Company Bill will be postponed from Tuesday, February 22, to Thursday, February 24.
§ LORD BESWICKMy Lords, we are grateful to the noble Lord for this announcement. Referring to the National Health Service (Scotland) Bill, I hope that he has taken the precaution first of all of consulting with the noble Lord who is taking that Bill from this side of the House. I am not sure that it is convenient to him.
§ LORD DENHAMYes, my Lords, I understand that this has been done.
§ LORD SHINWELLMy Lords, can the noble Lord say whether the Defence White Paper is in the Printed Paper Office?
§ LORD DENHAMMy Lords, I understand so.
