EARL FERRERSMy Lords, I beg to move that the House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 2, and I would suggest that we might consider at the same time Nos. 3 to 7. They may fairly be described as drafting Amendments which improve the Bill with regard to zoonoses without altering the Ministerial powers. They make more clear and less open to doubt the position which Clause 2 had originally intended to make clear. l beg to move.
