§ BARONESS BERKELEYMy Lords, I beg leave to present a Petition from the parish councillors and people of the parishes of Berkeley, Hinton, Ham and Stone, Hamfallow and Alkington in the county of Gloucester, praying that the Local Government Bill may be amended so as to allow these parishes to remain in Gloucestershire, of which they have formed part since Anglo-Saxon times.
