HL Deb 26 October 1971 vol 324 c528

2.50 p.m.

THE LORD CHANCELLOR

My Lords, your Lordships will remember this enormous Consolidation Bill. I rise to move that the Commons Amendments be now considered. If your Lordships will refer to the Order Paper you will see that there are three Amendments. They are all technical. Two are purely drafting, and the other is consequential. With the permission of the House, if the House agrees to take them into consideration now, I propose to move them together formally. I beg to move.

Moved, That the Commons Amendments be now considered.—(The Lord Chancellor.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
