My Lords, I beg to move that this Bill be now read a second time. It is a purely consolidating Bill, and I hope that the noble Baroness, Lady Burton of Coventry, will be pleased to see it. If given a Second Reading it will be considered in due course by the Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills.
