LORD NUNBURNHOLMEMy Lords, could the Promoters of this Bill give us a little more information about the Humber Bridge? I understand that it is to cost between £7 and £8 million. If it is to cost more, where is the money coming from? May we also be informed of what traffic is likely to use the Bridge if a toll is going to be charged and so on?
