My Lords, I have to notify the House, in accordance with the Royal Assent Act 1967, that Her Majesty the Queen has signified Her Royal Assent to the following Acts:

• Rural Water Supplies and Sewerage Act,
• National Insurance Act,
• Torbay Corporation Act,
• Mersey Docks and Harbour Board (Ore Berth) Act,
• Luton Corporation Act,
• Surrey County Council Act.
