This Amendment and the Amendment standing in my name in relation to Schedule 6 are both consequential on the passage, since the Bill was introduced, of the Family Income Supplements Act 1970, Section 14 of which amends Schedule 6 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970. That Schedule should now be reproduced as amended, and the amended section repealed. I beg to move.
