ALDWYNMy Lords, I should like to inform your Lordships that at a suitable moment after half past three the noble Baroness, Lady Tweedsmuir, will be making a Statement on the Ibrox Park disaster, and my noble friend Lord Lothian will be making a Statement on the kidnapping of the British Ambassador to Uruguay.
