THE LORD CHANCELLOR

My Lords, perhaps I may say in advance that I am going to move in the case of each Amendment, That this House cloth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment. There is no Amendment which I am moving otherwise. May I take first Amendments Nos. 1, 2 and 3. I think they are purely drafting, and I do not think I need detain your Lordships with them at ail. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in Amendments Nos. 1, 2 and 3.

Moved, That this House both agree with the Commons in the said Amendments.—(The Lord Chancellor.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
