§ LORD COBBOLDMy Lords, I have the honour to present to your Lordships two Messages from Her Majesty The Queen, signed by her own hand. The first Message reads as follows:
"I have received your request praying that the Secretary of State for the Environment Order 1970 be made in the form of the draft laid before your House.
"I will comply with your request."
The second Message reads as follows:
"I have received your request praying that the Transfer of Functions (Overseas Aid) Order 1970 be made in the form of the draft laid before your House.
"I will comply with your request."
