LORD DRUMALBYN

I beg to move the Amendment on the Paper. Under the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry Order 1970 the functions of the Minister of Technology under the Mines and Quarries Acts 1954 and 1969 have been transferred to the Secretary of State. That is the reason for this Amendment.
