In the Title, line 9, leave out from "make" to "to" in line 17 and insert "other amendments of the law relating to matrimonial proceedings".
§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I am content to adopt the course suggested by the noble and learned Viscount, if the House approves. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 51, 52 and 53. Amendment No. 51 is in substance drafting; Amendment No. 52 I have already referred to when moving Amendment No. 26, and Amendment No. 53 is a consequential Amendment to the Title of the Bill which is required because of the inclusion in the Bill of the new clauses. I beg to move.
