My Lords, I beg to move the first Amendment on the short list of Amendments, which is to page 9, line 26. This is a drafting Amendment, and I do not think it needs any explanation. I beg to move.

My Lords, the remaining three Amendments on the short list are consequential on Amendments already made in Committee to Clause 15. I think it would be for the convenience of the House if I were to move these Amendments en bloc. I beg to move.
