My Lords, in respect of the Barry Corporation Bill and the Brighton Corporation Bill there are procedural reasons why I should not move their Third Readings until after the passing of the Motion, standing in the name of the noble Earl the Leader of the House, to suspend Standing Orders 35 and 41 until the Summer Recess. I propose, therefore, to move these two Third Readings at that stage.
