§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House, that he had received from Antony Claud Frederick Lambton an Instrument of Disclaimer of the Earldom of Durham, the Viscountcy of Lambton and the Barony of Durham, delivered in accordance with Section 1 of the Peerage Act 1963.
