§ LORD BESWICKMy Lords, I beg to move that this Scheme be approved. As I said earlier, it is virtually the same as the previous Scheme, and I mentioned it in what I had to say on the other Scheme. I had hoped to answer at this point a query raised by the noble Lord, Lord Nugent of Guildford, but as he is not here I will leave it until later. I beg to move.
