Dinner will be available between 7 and 8.30 p.m. I am sure that I shall carry the Chairman of the Kitchen Committee with me if I say that we hope not only that noble Lords will remain for the conclusion of the debate but that they will avail themselves of the facilities provided by the Refreshment Department.
