Clause 26, page 19, line 35, at end insert—
( ) section (Modification of enactments relating to Duke of Cornwall and other children of Her Majesty), so far as it relates to the Civil List Act 1952, extends to Scotland and Northern Ireland;
§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I dealt with this Amendment in dealing with Amendment No. 2. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 11.
§ Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.—(The Lord Chancellor.)
VISCOUNT COLVILLE OF CULROSSMy Lords, the next Amendment is a matter of application to Scotland and the rest are simply matters which have turned up since the Committee stage, where "21" has to be changed to "18" in a formal way. I was wondering whether the noble and learned Lord would think that they were suitable to be taken together, because they all seem to me to be drafting.
§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, I am very much obliged to the noble Viscount. I was going to make that very proposal myself.

§ THE LORD CHANCELLORMy Lords, if no noble Lord objects, I will take Amendments Nos. 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 together. The noble Viscount is quite right in what he has said. They are of the nature which he has described. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 12 to 18.
