My Lords, I think it would be for the convenience of us all, and especially for those who have to report our proceedings, if we could adjourn for lunch, say at one o'clock, for about three-quarters of an hour. This is acceptable to my noble friend Lord Stow Hill, and I hope that it will be generally agreeable.
