§ THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (THE EARL OF LISTOWEL)My Lords, with the permission of the House, I should like to move the Amendments that are proposed to this Bill—namely, 1203 the Amendments to Clauses 3, 6 and 8—en bloc. These Amendments are all either drafting Amendments or are consequential upon Amendments which have already been made to the Bill. Therefore it might save the time of the House to take them en bloc.
