§ LORD BESWICKMy Lords, I should like to inform the House that, following a number of representations, it has been agreed, through the usual channels at any rate, that the Report stage of the Foreign Compensation Bill, which is on the Order Paper for consideration this afternoon, will be postponed. I hope that after consultation it will be possible to announce, either later this afternoon or certainly on to-night's Order Paper, a new date for the Report stage.
