§ Page 21, line 11, leave out from "had" to "but" in line 17, and insert "with reference to the person previously appointed, asked the question referred to in section 19(6) above, the question need not be asked again with reference to the person appointed under this section and any answers to the question shall be treated as given with reference to him".
