§ LORD KENNETMy Lords, I apologise for having lost the trend of the procedure. I take it that the procedure outlined by the noble Lord, Lord Newton, is acceptable to the House. Therefore, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendments to the Lords Amendments and in their consequential Amendment to the Bill.
