My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lord Kennet I beg to move that the National In Durance (Industrial Injuries) (Colliery Workers Supplementary Scheme) Amendment (No. 2) Order 1968, the draft of which was laid before this House on November 12, he approved. In view of the fact that the Special Orders Committee has examined this Order and advised the House that it can be passed, I will not at this hour delay your Lordships with a speech. However, if there are any questions, I shall do my best to answer them. My Lords, I beg to move.
