§ LORD BESWICKMy Lords, my noble friend Lord Kennet will be making a Statement on the Sainsbury Report at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. It is also hoped that my noble friend the Leader of the House will, subject to progress of the "usual channel" discussions, be making a Statement on the procedure of the Prices and Incomes Bill.
