§ LORD BESWICKMy Lords my noble friend the Leader of the House will be answering this Question in the form of a Statement at a convenient moment after 3.30. Also at about 3.30 my noble friend Lord Chalfont will be making a statement on the Treaty on the nonproliferation of nuclear weapons.
