My Lords, I beg leave to ask a Question of which I have given Private Notice, namely, to ask Her Majesty's Government whether they have any Statement to make arising from yesterday's Division in this House on the Southern Rhodesia (United Nations Sanctions) Order 1968.

My Lords my noble friend the Leader of the House will be answering this Question in the form of a Statement at a convenient moment after 3.30. Also at about 3.30 my noble friend Lord Chalfont will be making a statement on the Treaty on the nonproliferation of nuclear weapons.
My Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House if I say that dinner will be served between 7 and 8.30 p.m. to-night.
