HL Deb 19 June 1968 vol 293 c716
LORD BESWICK

My Lords, I have been asked about the Business of the House to-morrow in relation to the Town and Country Planning Bill. In view of the expanding nature of some of the items set down before that Bill, it is not now proposed to proceed with the Town and Country Planning Bill to-morrow, Thursday. Furthermore, may I say that I am afraid I was in error earlier on when I advised your Lordships that dinner was available this evening. That is not the case. It is sandwiches.

SEVERAL NOBLE LORDS: Shame!
