HL Deb 11 June 1968 vol 293 c2
LORD VIVIAN

My Lords, I beg leave to ask the Question which stands in my name on the Order Paper.

[The Question was as follows:

To ask Her Majesty's Government whether, in view of his declared intention to use force in carrying out his plans for this country, they would admit Mr. Cohn-Bendit if he presented himself for admission to this country.]

THE MINISTER OF STATE, HOME OFFICE (LORD SIONIJAM)

My Lords, if Mr. Cohn-Bendit should seek admission to this country his application would be decided in the light of all the relevant circumstances at the time.

LORD VIVIAN

My Lords, I thank the noble Lord for that most satisfactory reply.
