LORD BROCKWAY asked Her Majesty's Government:

What agreement has been reached with the Government of India regarding Kenya Asians holding British passports who return to India.

LORD SHEPHERD

I am happy to inform the noble Lord that arrangements have been made between Her Majesty's Government and the Government of India concerning the resettlement in India of persons of Indian origin resident in Kenya who are holders of United King- Viscount on having arrived at the winning post.
