§ LORD BESWICKI beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 29. The purpose of this Amendment is to enable the new clause for the control of aircraft noise in supersonic flight to be fitted into the list of provisions in the Act which extend to Northern Ireland.
