§ LORD KENNETMy Lords, I beg to move that this Order, a draft of which was laid before this 'House on November 7, be approved. It provides for the alteration of the outer boundary of Greater London and the transfer of three small areas out of Greater London and back to the counties of which they formed part before 1965.
