§ LORD SILKINMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in their Consequential Amendment to the Bill. This Amendment which I am asking the House to agree with is a formal Amendment which flows from the Amendment which this House carried (and which the other place accepted) as a Manuscript Amendment at the very last moment of the discussion on the Bill. It related to the question of doctors. The particular Amendment which we are being asked to agree to flows as a matter of drafting from the Amendment to which we then agreed. I beg to move.
