My Lords, in rising to move that the House do now adjourn during pleasure, I should like to take this opportunity of reminding the House that all Peers, except those forming a part of the procession to the Abbey, should be in their places in the Abbey by 11.10 a.m. I beg to move.

Moved accordingly, and, on Question, Motion agreed to, demine dissentiente.

Whereupon the House adjourned, for the Members and Officers of the House, led by the Lord Chancellor, to attend the Memorial Service in Westminster Abbey to the late Earl Attlee.

House resumed at half past two of the clock.
