§ THE LORD CHANCELLOR (LORD GARDINER)My Lords, I have to inform the House that I have received from the Speaker of the Senate of Canada a Resolution adopted on June 6 expressing the sincere and grateful appreciation of the Senate of Canada for the Resolution passed by this House on May 11. I am placing a copy of this Resolution and of the speeches made upon it in the Library, and have written to thank the Speaker of the Senate.
