THE JOINT PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE, HOME OFFICE (LORD STONFIAM)My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend I beg to move that the Order made by the Secretary of State for the Home Department for extending Section 1 of the Sunday Entertainments Act 1932 to the Urban District Council of Driffield be approved. This is the normal form of Order under the 1932 Act. All the statutory requirements have been properly complied with. I beg to move.
