My Lords, I have the honour to present to your Lordships a Message from Her Majesty the Queen, signed by her own hand. The Message reads as follows:

"I have received your Address, praying that the draft Summer Time Order 1967 be made in the form of the draft laid before Parliament. I will comply with your request."
