My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend Lord Harlech I should like to ask a Private Notice Question which is as follows.

"To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they can make a Statement about the situation in Malta."

My noble friend Lord Walston will then make a Statement on the request to the Monopolies Commission for a general report on the professional services.
