My Lords, as the House will know, I informed your Lordships that we were intending to adjourn at about 7.30 for dinner; but in view of the remarkable progress on the Scottish Bill it seems to me that we could carry on and finish at an early hour. Therefore I would suggest that we do not adjourn for dinner but proceed with the business on the Order Paper. However, dinners are still available in the Dining Room.
