§ LORD CHAMPIONMy Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Leader of the House I beg to move the Motion which stands in his name on the Order Paper. The Amendment mentioned therein carries out the recommendation of the Procedure Committee contained in their Third Report which was agreed to by the House on Thursday last. The effect of the change will be that Unstarred Questions will have to come at the end of the day's business.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 35 be amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph:
(6) Unstarred Questions shall be entered last.—(Lord Champion.)
§ On Question, Motion agreed to: the said Standing Order amended accordingly.
