§ LORD SHEPHERDMy Lords, may I inform the Lordships that about 3.30 p.m. my noble friend the Leader of the House will be making a Statement on the renewed Proclamation of Emergency under Section 1 of the Emergency Powers Act 1920, and that he will also be repeating a Statement that will have been made about the same time by the Prime Minister.
