THE PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY OF STATE FOR COMMONWEALTH RELATIONS AND FOR THE COLONIES (LORD BESWICK)

My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to make provision in connection with the establishment of Singapore as an independent sovereign State within the Commonwealth. I beg to move that this Bill be read a first time.
