§ THE LORD PRIVY SEAL (THE EARL OF LONGFORD)My Lords, I beg to move that an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, thanking Her Majesty for her Most Gracious Message informing the House that by Proclamation Her Majesty has revoked the Proclamation of the 22nd June, 1966, proclaiming a State of Emergency.
