§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House that he had received, under the proviso of Section 4 of the Statutory Instruments Act 1946, a notification that the Southern Rhodesia (Prohibited Exports) (Tobacco) Order 1966 had come into operation before being laid before Parliament, with an explanation thereof.
§ The said notification and explanation was ordered to lie on the Table.
