HL Deb 13 December 1966 vol 278 c1551
LORD SHEPHERD

My Lords, with permission, I should like to make a short Business statement. It may be for the convenience of the House if I inform your Lordships that it is proposed to sit next Wednesday, the 21st, at 11 a.m. and to adjourn at a convenient moment before 5 o'clock that afternoon. I should like to inform the House that we intend to take the Committee stage of the Companies Bill; it is not intended to take the Second Reading of the Education Bill, in view of the number of representations which have been made by Members of the House.
