LORD FARINGDON had given Notice of his intention to ask the following Question:

To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they can now make any statement concerning the regulations covering the transport of flammable substances.

The noble Lord said: My Lords, in view of the regrettable illness of the noble Lord, Lord Stonham, who would have replied to it, I do not intend to put my Question this afternoon.
